Owen & his girls

Owen has really started to LOVE Nellie and Lucy, I am not sure if that is a good thing for them or not.  He likes to hug them and we practice petting them nicely which is also helping with Owen's hitting.  Since Owen can't express himself through words he seems to like to hit when he gets mad.  Thankfully it is just Ethan and I (and sometimes Grandma and Grandpa's), and not any other children.  Here are a few pics of Ethan and his ladies!

Out for a hike with daddy....this was 2 weeks ago, yep it was cold enough to have winter hats on!  This spring has been crazy weatherwise, but it seems to be getting better.

Speaking of weather.  When we returned from Iowa last weekend, we came home to tornado sirens going off like crazy. A few tornados touched down both in my area in MN and in La Crosse county in Wisconsin.  Thankfully no one was hurt.  This was the first tornado to ever touchdown in all of La Crosse's history.  The tornado was very close to where I work, it could have been a lot worse.  Due to the amount of damage it is amazing no one was hurt badly.
